HONESTLY, I THINK YOU SHOULD JUST BRUSH IT OFF. TAKE IT AS A COMPLIMENT. AND WHEN SHE SAYS YOU ARE COPYING HER, JUST COME UP WITH SOMETHING LIKE "I DIDN'T EVEN REALIZE YOU HAD THE SAME SHOES". REALLY, ITS NOT WORTH DWELLING OVER.

While it can get old... Someone copying you means that they like how you are and want to be like you. I suggest that you try to take it as a compliment, but if it is causing problems in the friendship maybe make plans to actually do something together that is the same, not acting the same but maybe have a day where you plan and dress the same, and maybe that will bring you closer without anyone's feelings being hurt. Sometimes going to the mall dressed the same is one thing that will make someone want their own individuality.

Same here, I have a friend that copies me in alot of ways. She supposely hated the way I dressed and now she buys every style she hated on me. This bugs me but I prefer for her to dress like that than what she used to be wearing.

She improved on fashion. But if anything she should give me credit for changing her wardrobe by copying me.

As of now, I just keep a distance and maybe you should do the same. Or jsut live with it which isnt fun at all.

start acting like a crazy for a while . When the people thinks that you are nuts they do not want to copy you. Then when your friend stops to copy you can be yourself again.

Well, first off, why is she copying you? Part of me would be kind of flattered. But it sounds like she has a problem...she doesn't seem to have any self-confidence in herself so she's copying things you do or say. Have you tried to talk to her? That would seem like the next step. Good luck with her.

Do something incredibly stupid or annoying or embarrasing, and get her to do it too.

Example: Do something creative, like make or design a back pack or headband or dress. Say you just made this ---whateveryoumade-- and your gonna bring it to school. Send a few pics if it helps. Oh and make it ugly. When she comes to school with 'her' creation, and you dont, she'll feel very embarassed..and regret copying you.

YOU SHOULD TELL HER THAT T ANOYS YOU AND IT WILL BE GREAT DEVELOPMENT IF SHE DID HER OWN WORK CAUSE IN LIFE IF SHE CONTINUES COPYING A DAY WILL COME WHEN SHE CANT AND SHE WONT HAVE THE EASY WAY OUT. AS A FRIEND TELL HER THAT YOU WORK IS YOUR EFFORTS PLACE INTO IT AND IT IS UNFAIR TO YOU. WHAT IF YOU GET CAUGHT? THEN THE TROUBLE STARTS PLEASE AVOID THAT IT WILL LOOK TERRIBLE YOU NEED TO TELL HER AND IF SHE IS A GOOD FRIEND SHE WILL UNDERTSAND

This happened to me to. Just say "Hey I would like it if YOU stop copying ME, I just want to do my own thing for once."

She thinks that you're her role model, and she wants to be just like you. She may not realize shes doing this, but it is annoying. Show her your wild side by going crazy: laughing so hard you fall over, 'accidently' spill something on your shoe, etc.

Good luck, but be kind to her, because she admires you.
