We definitely need to look into the Chinese policy. Perhaps if we had executed a few people after Katrina and lopped off a few heads at the Pentagon we wouldn't have as many problems.

Bush has not technically killed anyone, unless you count all the death warrants he signed as Texas governor. But neither has the Chinese guy. So he may deserve the same fate, but our testicle-less congress won't even impeach the criminal, so don't hang your hopes tooo high.
