Do French Quebecers got bigger mouth than the rest of the country.They seem never happy with what they got.?

I notice that French in general always complain for little things and are the one who get the most of the taxe that all Canadian pays altogether.

Well, their education is perhaps more expensive (read: less cheap books in french and less teachers).
