I have several 'rainy day meals' ... it depends on the season of the year, and the 'intensity' of the rain. Since it's summer, I'll give you a 'summer rain' meal that I love ... macaroni and cheese made with FIVE different cheeses, and a nice 'green salad' with tomatoes and cucumber. If you eat at 6:30-7, then have your dessert between 8:30-9 ... a nice frozen 'coconut cake' with frosting, topped with your favorite sherbet or ice cream. You'll feel 'comforted' and the meal is actually fairly 'light' and won't make you feel 'weighed down' with the heat.

Campbell's Chicken Noodle Soup...Or A nice steamin' hot bowl of Wolf Brand Chili...Yummy. Nabisco crackers with either choice. No I'm not a walkin' billboard, just picky.

I like to go out and buy a freshly baked bread roll stright from the oven, and butter it so that it melts into the bread and run outside in the rain and eat it
