Every time without fail. When visiting country fairs I take my own soap as it is often only the bigger events with members' areas that have proper hand washing facilities.
I am acquainted with two doctors who do not wash their hands after a visit to the lavatory, I pity their patients.

yes. and i always put the toilet seat down. as i have a wife and two daughters in the house. other wise i get it in the ear big time.
