Need to know your unweighted GPA, sad to say but race, how many people above you in your school are applying to UCs, what do you want to major in?
Just in case you dont get back to me I would bust your butt in the classroom this year, retake the SAT, and apply to the two you want to go to most and then just do the general UC application.
Best of Luck and e-mail me if you want to send me the additional info.

I think you have a chance in any of the UC's providing that you rise your SAT's. In the UC Berkeley web page they say that it is required for freshmen to have at least a 3.2 GPA if they live somewhere in the US but not in Calif. If you are an international student however, you will need a GPA of 3.4.
As your GPA is 3.68 (almost 3.7) and you have decent EC's you could get into de UC's. Nevertheless, to get into berkeley or UCLA you may seriously consider rising you SAT's. Try scoring a 2000 in the SAT I, and take another SAT II in which you can excel.. if you get a 700 together with two 600's i think you would be in...

GOOD LUCK

You will probably get into some UC. The good news is that they are all great schools.

However, You don't have any kind of guarantee. But if you improve so that you finish in the top 10% of your class, you should get into some UC for sure.

Unless you improve your grades and SATs, UC-B, UCLA and UCSD are all long shots. UC-Davis might be possible -- but is not a sure thing.

Trakn is wrong that race matters. UC schools are forbidden by law to take it into consideration. This has led to an overrepresentation of those from Asian backgrounds and a underrepresentation among whites, blacks and Latinos.

You left out the most important info, whether you live in Cali or not. Its way easier for in-staters to get accepted to the upper tier UC's (Berkeley, UCLA, UCSD to some extent)

Your SAT score is mediocre as is your GPA, I'd say you have a good shot at getting into UCSB, UC Davis, UCSC Out of all of those, UCSB is the best and the most fun.
