No, you can still have a wonderful life! In your new school, concentrate on your studies and having fun in legal ways. Even if you don't threaten someone, prank calling can be considered harassment.
Instead of this activity, make new friends and find fun things to participate in at school and/or church or in your town.
Use your energy to help others! Joining a service club at school like the Key Club or Interact (when you are old enough) will help you make friends while helping others. And, it will look good on your college applications.
There are lots of places to volunteer, even at 13. The library needs help cleaning and maintaining books. Little kids want someone to read to them.
Put your smart brain to work and you will find many ways to keep out of trouble while having fun!

No, this shouldn't affect things too much. Colleges are much more concerned about what you do in high school. By the time you start applying for college, 4 years will have passed since this incident took place. If you don't get into any trouble from now on, they aren't going to place too much weight on something that happened so long ago.

One of my high school classmates got expelled for something kinda similar, November of senior year. He still got into a good school. I imagine he had really good SATs though... All those other folks are right saying NOW would be a good time to stop messing around, but - no, your life's not over! Just - make sure you don't do this again. Good luck!

No your life is not over. You are 13 and should have 4 years to establish a good record. Make good grades, do volunteer work, be the model student in terms of being nice to teachers and peers etc.
Work on the reasons that motivated you to call the teacher to prevent that kind of behavior from occurring again. If if was about revenge, remember that success is the best revenge.
It is best to focus on forgiveness rather than revenge. No human is perfect and we all need to be forgiven from time to time. Forgive yourself and others is the best way to prevent your life from being over. (Feeling of anger and un-forgiveness can rob our energy and time we need to fulfill our purpose for being on the earth.)
If you were calling because you had a crush on her, talk to your parent or counselor to determine the reason you get crushes on people that you know you can not have. (Even if you were an adult, she would not be allowed to date her student.) Although crushes are normal, it is better to focus on studies rather than relationships at the age of 13.

No, not at all. This will be history in a few months. The fact they expelled you from a public school for an unrelated school event smacks of illegality.
This will blow over.

If she has file a complaint with your school, most likely it is in your permanent record at school.
If she has file a restraining order at court and a judgement is rendered, most likely it is in your civil records tracing by your social security number.
But you might want to consider professional counseling or have a trustworthy adult to talk to about your behavior. Or find a hobby or sports after school so you can occupy your time and thought.

Yes. You're screwed. Maybe next time you won't act like a little girl and stop prank calling her.

by the looks of it, yes because you now have a criminal record and some colleges might reject you. but raising a family has nothing to do with it. but why would you be expelled from school when what you did wasn't at school?

You'll probably be fine, 'cuz Chris Hansen's "Perverted Justice" only goes after older guys who prey upon 13 year old girls, not 13 year old boys who prey upon older women!
As for raising a family, I predict it will be with an older woman. ;->
