Kelly, please see the answer in your previous question. I gave you some suggestions there. I'm sorry but your tank IS crowded as it is. You angels are going to pick off those guppies you didn't list here that you listed there, and probably going to go after those cardinals as well. Angels will get to decent size, and it's thier aggressiveness, not thier size that's an issue. The pleco is going to DIE if you don't move him ok. There is no getting around that, and others have told you this. The Clown loach is going to get to be over a foot, and he's not going to thrive in a tank that size. These aren't just things people make up to tell you, it's what's been known to happen in so many cases thats why it's being passed on to you as advice. Right now, you don't have the capability to properly support the Dwarves you want.

You can get the dwarves if you follow the advice you've been given. You can also add killi's and keineke's for color. If that Angel is gone, you probably could add some neons as well. Rams and Sevrums are peaceful enough for cichilds to try as well as a Blue acara. Yellow Labs or Electric yellows might work as well.

No matter what, if you insist on adding these with your current populations, you're going to have some deaths, sorry but thats just how it is.

Wait, you are telling us your tank isn't crowded, but you have two 6 inch Angelfish, a foot long Clown Loach, a 18 inch Pleco, and a 6 inch Horsefaced Loach. You already said your tank was 35 gallons, so I will go off of the 35 gallon tank, that is an interesting topic to lie about... If you put Dwarf Gouramis in the tank, they will fight with the Angelfish. The Angelfish will eat the Guppies you said you had and the Cardianal Tetras. The Clown Loach needs to be kept in groups and needs a 125 gallon tank. It doesn't matter what size your fish are now because all fish either reach their adult size, or they die. YOUR TANK IS CROWDED!

your tank is crowed. Now your fishes are small, but do you know the potental sizes for all of those fishes. Research...

Clown loaches are slow growers but they will get about 14 inches max. Angelfish need a high tank to develop fully. so a 40 gallon probably really isnt enough. 55 would probably be the min. Common plecos will reach about 24 inches or larger. As you know all of these fishes would need to be moved soon.

The best thing is not to get any other fish and wait.
