In October of 2004, I had a car accident that was not my fault. However, I had been drinking earlier that day and the alcohol registered on my breath. My chidren were with me, and I was also charged with child endangerment. I spent 108 days in jail. The child endangerment was sent to jeuvenile court, and custody of my kids was granted to their fathers. I got three years of probation. for the first 2 yrs. I did fine. But, for the last 6 mos. my probation officer has been watching me very closely, and I feel like he is picking on me. Just recently, he has caught me drinking, and is constantly drug testing me. I don't care about that, because I don't do drugs. But they have denied me driving privilages, so it is hard foor me to work and hold a job. It is part of my probation terms, and I also have to pay child support. I have heard people say that if you feel one county is treating you unfairly, that you can have your case transferred to another county. Fill me in on this....

Be happy he hasn't throw your a** back in jail, drinking is a violation of probation. And your right driving is a PRIVILEGE, so they don't have to give you back your licenses. Your probation officer is actually being more then fair with you, he could have violated you for drinking! And you can ASK to move to another county, but the other county has to agree to take you, you have to have somewhere lined up to live, and a job lined up before they will even consider it. And they WILL talk to your probation officer you have now, and probably deny you because you were caught drinking.

Why is this in pregnancy! If you were driving while there was still alochol in your system with your kids in your car then I hope you never get to see them again! Learn responsibility! If you weren't responsible then, then your probation officer has every right to watch you like a hawk.

you have shown that the themes that led to your undesirable previous grades have been resolved. you should return on your previous college, or you should attempt to pass to a sparkling college. they are going to evaluate your previous grades, yet your new grades would be evidence of who you're actually. see you later as your new grades are in keeping with what the college needs from applicants, you may desire to be wonderful. i do no longer know how aggressive admissions is to the universal public unis you're pondering. a number of them are ordinary to get into, and others are very perplexing. I mean, if we are speaking UCLA, it is public, regardless of the indisputable fact that it is likewise between the main selective faculties interior the US re: admissions. If we are speaking U Rhode Island, it is greater handy to get into.
