BE CAREFULL!!! When I was about 38 weeks I had what they called labial edema! Yes, it swelled with water. I too was taking a poo and thought there was um.....more....gross I know..... They said it was caused by the baby's head being pushed agains my closed cervix and it caused sweeling. I was told to stay in bed for a few days to let the edema to go away before I went into labor, which would have been extremely painful!
So don't push to hard!!!

Was it like a heavy feeling?? I had that sometimes and i think it's just the weight of the baby.....
If your worried though see your doctor it's always better to put your mind at rest..... I worried all the time when i was pregnant :0)

Its just the baby, you should be ok. If it really concerns you, call your doctor, they will not mind.
