I think Hermione will die. My guess is that she will die trying to save Potters life,

harry will die, because it will make unable to continue the story. The writer said that she won't write harry potter anymore.

It will be Snape & Voldemort. If you read book 6, you'll notice that Malfoy couldn't kill Dumbledore, Snape had to do it. Earlier in the book Snape bound himself to Malfoy.
Well, Malfoy will find out he doesn't have the stomach to be evil, he'll refuse Voldemort, Snape will have to jump in and they end up killing each other.
