If you're talking about the Scooter Libby pardon, I blame both of them. Hannity and Rush are wrong on this topic. It doesn't matter if former presidents pardon criminals. It's still wrong.
However, from what I know, Clinton's pardons were worse because he financially benefited, but they're still both wrong.
The elites (both Dem and Rep) in Washington believe they can do anything and get away with it. Clinton proved this with his pardons and his impeachment. Bush has proved it with Libby.
We need to demand higher standards in Washington, but we're just the stupid people in this country and our voice doesn't really matter....

easy the demorat run congress for the last 50 years.
if bill clinton had never been elected..say if ross perot hadn't kept millions of votes from bob dole...that 43% that clintong received wouldn't have been good enough to receive his "mandate" from the people.
1) north korea would not have been given nuclear fission material by clinton and madelame halfbright.
2) china would not have been given high tech missile guidance systems from Loral Space and Bernie Schwartz in exchange for millions in campaign cash in '96. those guidance systems are now being used to direct nuclear missiles at the united states, japan and other places. prior to '96 china could not successfully launch long range missiles or target them intercontinentally. now they can!!! those same guidance systems were then transfered to north korea and??? drum roll please...IRAN!!! who has built them into EMP(electrol magnetic pulse for the dummies)missiles that they have threatened to use against europe and the united states if attacked.
3) the people at waco might still be alive since janet sterno would not have been hired. general wesley clark would not have illegally given use of military equipment to the criminal ATF to be used against american citizens. highly unconstitutional(since you libs love to use if when it benefits you)
4) the bombing of flight 800 might not have happened and or been subsequently covered up.
5) bill clinton insisted on bombing serbian radio and television stations despite the protests of the euros and the pukeN. 2000 serbs would not have died along with millions of refugees created by clinton's desire to wag the dog and create a fake war to get a fat pig off the front pages.
6) the first WTC attack in '93 may have been responded to in a more shall we say...attentive matter?
7) more than 50 former associates and or employees of bill and hitlery may still be alive since he wasn't a prez with so much corruption to hide.
8) the FBI may have prevented the OKC bombing by mcpuke and his muslim friends. they had an agent inside the elohim racist pig compound and could have prevented the attacks. gotta keep that big budget though!
9) jamie gorelick would have never been hired as deputy attorney general and would not have blocked the CIA and FBI from communicating with each other transferring info on 9/11 terrorists prior to 9/11!!! thanks jaime!!! and jaime sat on the '9/11 cover up panel..i mean 9/11 review panel. nah..no cover up by dems.

Well I they do it because every one that hammers bush makes it sound like he is the only President that every did anything wrong.
But the truth is bush has not done anything that other Presidents in the past had already did.

Every Democrat in office today.
Democrats voted to allow illegal aliens access to Social Security benefits. (Don't understand the word "illegal" I guess)
Democrats continually vote against the flag protection amendment. (Free speech to desecrate a symbol of the US that many died to protect. Give me a break.)
Democrats voted against making English the national language of the US. (How many billions are we taxpayers paying for translators and multiple language documents?)

you are correct. it is unfair. republicans are (and should be) held to a higher standard.
the comparing is based on the mistaken notion pointing out hypocrisy, inconsistency and double standards is bothersome to liberals.
