don't pay any mind to these as*holes that are not takeing u for real. if you say anything it should be that name of the person you want to contact or what you are useing the ouija for.

Say a prayer of protection. The prayer serves as a "gatekeeper" against negative spirits who may try to step into this realm from the other side. When you say the prayer, include a request for protection and also, that any negative or evil force will be blocked from coming through the door you open via the board.
The board is not a toy...it's a doorway to the other side. Imagine calling a pay phone in Grand Central Station...you don't know who's going to answer. It could be anyone from a nice, normal everyday person to a serial killer. When you use a Quija board you are, in essence, calling into the unknown.
Take the board experience seriously because Quija boards are extremely powerful tools and can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Ask questions respectfully in an atmosphere that is serious.
When you've finished, say a second prayer for protection and that any and all spirits that may have come through, should go peacefully back to the other side. Also, request that the door be closed once all spirits have departed this realm. This is known as "sealing" the board.
