First the best way to do it is via a "firewire" link, but your laptopn does not have this "as standard" so you will need to purchase this in the form of an ExpressCard adapter. This slots into the expresscard slot on the B130, and provides a Firewire port.

This then connects digitally to the camcorder.

Also you aill really need some video editing software. I use and reccomend "Movie Edit Pro 12 E-Version" available online at low cost (comared to many "big name" titles)

It is a fully featured yet easy to learn program.

You click "capture" to collect footage from camera (BTW with a DV cam you cannot simply "copy files" as answerer 1 suggested)
Then hit Edit, cut and trim, edit, title to your hearts content.
Then burn to DVD on your new External DVD burner you will need. (Unless your B130 is not the base spec, as this is NOT equiped with DVD burner as standard)
Movie Edit can also output to VCD which your burner CAN produce and can be played on "most" DVD players

Just use a cable to transfer your video from camcorder to your laptop, then get a DVD burning software to burn your video to a blank DVD, Movavi Video Suite can help you do that, very easy to use, here is a guide about it

you can burn them to a dvd but i would just copy them over through the network using a network cable or blue tooth functions.
