The first day of my last period was May 19th. today is July 11th. I don't know how to calculate this.

A full term pregnancy is 40 weeks, which is 9 months plus one week. Therefore, to calculate your due date just add 9 months and 1 week to the first day of your last period. In your case that would be February 26th. You are 8 weeks and 2 days pregnant as of today. Congratulations and best wishes.

Subtract 3 months and add one week from the first date of your last period - so approximately February 26.
