I do, only because sometimes you make simple mistakes by accident, that if someone saw would probably think that you didn't take the time to proof read, or that you don't care. Especially if it is a professional e-mail, you should always spell check.

Always! I'm a spelling and grammar freak! Although, i don't criticize others on here for their spelling. Does make me cringe at times.

I used to...but then I forgot all about it. It's best to proofread by yourself, but it's better to use spell check too...I guess.
