40 - 55 degrees farenheight is the average high & low for November in Philly.
Check weather.com and put in the exact city you will be in - - the temperatures can vary from one region to another.
Recently we have had warm spells well into November, so if it is earlier in the month it might be warmer than towards the end of the month.

It depends on where in Pa you are going. For example, if you are going to be in the Philadelphia area, the temperature is around 38 degrees Fahrenheit but if you are going to be farther up north expect it to be about 10 degrees colder. There can be a lot of rain and snow also. Hope you enjoy your visit! Even with the colder weather I am sure you will have a great time!

It depends on where you are. The state is pretty big and has different regions, with different climates. But you could be safe with cold. Maybe some snow, but most likely rain. If you are in the mountains (which are beautiful), cold, very cold, and some snow. If you are in Philly, somewhat cold and rain.

COLD!!!! Snowy, rainy, it's depressing. I am moe of a summer guy myself. But I get to go snowboarding in November, so it's ok. That's just me. If you like snow and coldness, you will love it.

Usually it's pretty cold. Not like freezing your *** off cold, but like cold enough to snow.
