1. Please be very, very careful about your health.

2. Cut other people a lot of slack: you really do not know what they have been through. Not to be dumb: look out for yourself and don't let people walk all over you, but be aware that others may have had a very hard time when they were kids.

3. ENJOY LIFE! You are designed to enjoy life. Good food, trips, dancing, nice clothes, sex, music, the beauty of nature.
Now and then, slow down, a lot, and look at the astounding beauty around you, the clouds and the sun, anything that grows, animals.

4. Make friends with old people. You will not regret it. They have so much to teach you. Listen to them. Do what you think is right, but listen to what they have learned.

5. Do not be afraid to make your dreams real. Follow through. Be relentlessly patient, and work at it.

6. Take pleasure in the happiness of others. You and other are one.

That you can not dwell on past mistakes or you'll spiral into an everlasting depression. Also the key to going on with life is hope for the best, but expect the worst. That way you'll never be disappointed. But still love life, and view it from a scientific standpoint.

Not to worry too much about things. Not to take myself too seriously. That family and friends are more important than anything else. That we regret the things we don't do more than the mistakes that we have made. To be happy :)

I have learned~~~~~~~~~~~to
Love like you have never been hurt.
Learn like you want to be taught.
Live everyday like there is no tomorrow.
Laugh until you cry.

You should always help another person without ever expecting anything in return--help should be done with out a price.
