Oooh, I am a connoisseur of the arts as well...
Bill and Ted would win, if they weren't confined to the 2 movies, (they got Carlin, man...CARLIN!!!)

But Wayne's World wins, even though they don't travel through time to save civilization, is just more personal, fun, and down to earth...Being well established on Saturday Night Live means there are many more Wayne's World moments to see than the Bill and Ted party...Still...WYLDE STALLIONS RULE!!!

I liked Bill and Ted's Excellent adventure better than Wayne's World. However, Wayne's World 2 was way better than Bill and Ted's Bogus Journey.

Ok, those are my two favorite movies and i would have to say that Waynes world is better. BECAUSE i would rate Wayns World 1 a 10 on the movie scale and Bill and teds a 9, the i would rate Both Sequels to be a 7 so WW wins by one point

Bill and Ted most definately. Those movies were great when I watched it as a teen and when now. It is a classic. Wayne's World is good, but if it didnt have Saturday Night Live, or the Mike Myers following, I dont think it would have been as successful.

Wow that is a tough one! Each one is so funny. Being a huge fan of both I dont think its a question I can answer now that I think about it. Its like what came first the chicken or the egg? Best scene in Bill and Ted; they are walking into the house with all of the time travelers and giving Bill's step-mom fake names; Bob Ghengis Kahn, Dave Beethoven, Socrates Johnson, etc. That scene is still as funny as it was nearly 20 years ago! For Waynes World; The cue cards scene with Murray's brother the owner of "Noah's Arcade". I guess you really got to think long and hard on this one. Id say that they are equal in hilariousness. Best of luck!

A lot of time has now gone by the wayside since both of these movies came out. I liked both a lot when they came out. However, one franchise clearly is a lot better. Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. Aside from the Matrix, this was the role that Keanu was born to play, basically himself. Plus, Wayne's World just seems a little more dated in spite of the fact that it came out like three years after B & T. Also, the more I know about Michael Myers, the less I like him. But I digress. The jokes and material are a whole lot funnier in the B & T movies, no annoying catch phrases like "schwing." The final reasons; I still laugh LMAO when Abe Lincoln goes "party on dudes!" And who doesn't love So-Crates and Billy the Kid? One more...."that's your mom, dude!" Freaking hilarious.

Wayne's World...always Wayne's World!!! I saw it like 14 times in theatres before it even came out on video (I was like 13), and it still is a hilarious movie that hasn't lost a bit of its magic even now that I'm an "adult."
