In my tank i have two suckerloaches ( algae eaters) and they have got to bog for the tank- they also have a habbit of killing other fish - that is how powerful they are! Im trying to get rid of them but nobody wants them even the pet store, also they are immpossible to catch, what is the best way to get the 2 out? and also what should i do with them?

Anyways suits me!

If they are the only fish in the tank, drain the water very low to aid in catching them. I have even seen people scoop out one spot of the gravel and drain the water so low that it's the only place there is still water. Of course, you will need to have water for the bag to put them in.

If all else fails you can always take them to the humane society or animal shelter in your area.

Algae Eaters and Suckermouth Loaches are 2 completel different fish. The Loaches are not aggressive at all, so it sounds like you either have a Plecostomus (Pleco) or an Algae Eater. Both Algae Eaters and Plecos can become quite aggressive. Put an ad in the classifieds to see if you can get rid of it. Before putting out an add, you should probably find out what kind of fish it is though...

Do not try to net Plecos, some have spines in their fins that can become impossible to remove from nets, instead, scoop it into a large cup, then put it in a clean bucket (that never had soap/chemicals in it with tank water.)

Buy a fish trap instead of draining your tanks as for getting rid of them call the LFS in your area see if another store might be interested in them of post a sign at the store.

I would take them to a shelter or maybe a small owned fish store might take them. I have a family owned pet shop near me and they take in all kinds of animals. That would be the best solution. Usually people give their fish to me however I am getting a little crowded at my house right now.
