It would depend on 2 things. One, the way I get treated. Two, how much of that crap he brings inside the workplace. If I constantly have to hear about it, I'd leave in a heartbeat.

I'm gay, and I found out after hiring in that both of my bosses are straight, so I feel for you. They keep "yapping" about their wives and children at work, thus "flaunting their sexuality", as though I'm supposed to accept their "lifestyle choice". I wish straight people would just stop throwing it in my face all the time, and keep it behind closed doors where it belongs!

Absolutly not. What someone does on their own time is none of my business. Just becasue I don't agree with something doesn't mean everyone else has to think the way I do. Besides, if two people love each other and want to be together, they should have the right to be together without being judged by everyone around them.

I worked for two gay bosses. As long as they were professional on the job, what they did on their free time mattered to me not.

No. For the life of me I can't figure out what difference it would make. I'm aware that some of the people I submit work to are gay and some striaght. It's how they handle my work that counts, not their sexuality.

No. I want to quit my job for other reasons. Number 1: it's boring. haha. I could care less if my boss was gay.

HELL NO! I once had a gay, female boss and I had no problems w/ her what so ever. Being gay doesnt have ANYTHING to do with whether or not a person can or cannot do a job properly.

Not really, but if the person sexually harassed me then I'd be in fighting mode. Why quit. If he/she is gay then leave em alone and carry back to your own business.

First off, I'm 100% sure my boss is not gay. However, it wouldn't make one lick of a difference to me if he was. So, no I wouldn't have any reason to. His sexuality has nothing to do with me.

Of course not! I have worked for gay supervisors and the experience I have had with them is they are fair, considerate, and knowledgable. It is also nice not to have to deal with flirting. They keep it all business, which it should be.

A gay boss is no better or worse than a straight boss.
