I'm a Capricorn, too and I never do that. It's like I am going to explode but, I'm going to admit a mistake (Leo moon, u see) Anyway, I think this possibility is very small....

I know a Capricorn sun Libra moon who wasn't a tease at all, she was really shy & quiet, but I'm pretty sure she didn't have a Gemini rising. Gemini risings are generally outgoing & social(It's what makes them happy! - I have this rising placement!) Just know her rising is generally how her personality is going to be shown to the world, you should really look at her mercury(This will tell you HOW she communicates. - If she's a serious communicator like a Capricorn mercury, or a friendly outgoing communicator like an Aquarius mercury) Just because she has a Capricorn sun doesn't mean she IS a Capricorn, it just means that's what she wants out of life, her ego. Her Libra moon is her heart & emotions(She's friendly, loves beauty, & enjoys being in relationships). Just be friendly & social yourself, it'll catch her eye.

Jypcee is right, i'm capricorn and a scorpio usually follows to eat my bread crumbs. Like 70% of the time. They're like janitors idk. : D
I would not especially feel regrets after i break up unless my gf becomes miserable and nobody helps her out. It happened once with a dog woman, and I went back to her because i felt like i was the only who could help. She afterwards found a taurus and apparently used him against me to make me feel these regrets, but it just made me feel more compassion for her. :(
The same situation happened to my father.
