I took my shirt to the cleaners and when i went to pick it up they they claimed that it was already picked up. I didn't pick it up and nobody knows that i use this cleaner. I don't want to sue for damages i just want my shirt or the 90 dollard i spent on it. I wore it about 3 times

Sure, but you would have even better results taking them to small claims court. You will need your claim stub as it is about the only evidence you have.

Yes, but even in small claims court, you will have to pay about $69 to serve the cleaners with the lawsuit. You can ask the court to award you those costs along with the damages. Keep in mind that you will also spend about a 1/2 day appearing in court, so the $90 lost may not be worth your time, depending on your circumstances. You can also spread the word to discourage others from using this business.
