Some people are just not temperamentally suited to marriage at all, but try to force themselves into it because of family/societal expectations.

Some people get married for the wrong reasons, and the marriage is doomed from the start.

Some people misjudge the person they marry, and find that after the "buzz" wears off, this is not the person they want to spend their life with.

Some people misjudge themselves, and with the best of intentions find that after learning some things about themselves, they are the wrong partner for the person they have married.

Some people marry and are happy for a time, but find that as they mature and grow they've grown in different directions and they are no longer good for each other.

Some people find that after a trauma or severe stress of some kind (death of a child, birth of a child with disabilities, illness/injury to themselves or spouse, career problem/change, financial setback), they just can't continue in the marriage.

Some people find that problems that they thought they could solve when they got married are not solvable (in-law problems, alcohol or drug problems, mental illness, etc.)

There are lots of reasons why husbands leave their wives and wives leave their husbands that have nothing to do with being bad people or with failure. Sometimes, with the best will in the world, people make mistakes or bad things happen and marriages don't work out.

Why do wives leave their husbands?

The most common reason for dissolution of marriage, just as with dissolution of non-marriage relationships, is unhappiness about the relationship on the part of one or both partners. That's just how things go.

Just as with a non-married relationship, if problems cannot be reconciled then the marriage is unhealthy and must be ended. This is why marriage vows do not mean so very much. Life, including marriage, is all about what benefits one and what does not benefit one. That is how it is, and there's nothing to be ashamed of about it. If a marriage becomes non-beneficial to one of the partners, and there is no prospect of the marriage returning to a happy state, then one has every right to end it.

Eventually the love just fades, selfishness and lack of caring tend to creep in. A lot of the times, the woman isn't doing the things she did when they were married, she loses her appearance and forgets how to make her man happy. Men are gulity of the same crimes, but this is a two-way street.

ppl change, as most ppl know in either a friendly relationship or one of lovers. Sometimes it's even possible to change while married so that's a possibility. But if the ppl are really in love they'll come back to each other even through divorce or misunderstanding

I believe the two most common reasons are financial problems/stresses and intimacy problems/stresses.

I think the two biggest core reasons are that the partnership/friendship stops and the communications stops. Then eventually the dam overflows and the breakup comes.

I believe the main problem about our cultures is that when we get married we have this illusion everyhting will go on "wheels", we dream about the "good" and don't consider the bad will come, so when the "bad unexpected" problems come sometimes we are not ready to face them.... and the majority blame it in the companion.Life's hard lol!

Why do wives leave their husbands?

Drifting apart. Avoiding abuse. Cheating. Being a jerk. Irreconcilable differences. There is no one reason. It varies from person to person and circumstances to circumstances.

They (the couple) spend more time...as the years pass, looking at and dwelling on the others' faults instead of what attracted them to the other to begin with. The grass is not greener unless of course....there is verbal, physical or mental abuse....then .....no one should stayed tied to that.
