Well, I'm not a watch repair person, but here's what I did with my watch and it worked...of course, it was just a $75 Fossil...don't know if I'd have had the nerve to do this with a $1,000 Tag Heuer!

I removed the back and removed the works. Then I rubbed a small amount of Rain-x anti-fog liquid on the inside of the glass face. I let it dry then put the entire watch in a box with several of those little silica packs from various electronics I've bought and let it sit there for a few days to remove as much moisture as possible. I did this nearly a year ago and I haven't had a foggy watch face since (and I live in So. Texas where we got about 20 inches of rain the first week in July...temperature and humidity running high here!).

Condensation...

The only way, without opening it, will be to have that water evaporate, and that can take a while.

Put it in a box with dehydrating salts. You know, like the silica packs that they put in electronics boxes...
Don't let the metal touch the salts!
