im having cramps and sometimes a little nausea and headaces and my breasts is a little fuller than usual. I have irregular period.

Day 4 of what? Four days after you had intercourse? No...you can not possibly have ANY signs that early.

Those are the symptoms of your period, but are also symptoms of early pregnancy. I swore up and down that a few days after my husband and I had sex that I was pregnant. I started experiencing acctual symptoms 2 weeks after we had sex and took a test 2 weeks after that and found I was pregnant. So it is possible, but the only way to tell is to wait until you have missed ur period and then test.

Your breast may feel tender and you may also experience nausea during the first trimester. But during the fourth day, you should feel normal.

symptoms are all in your head. There is no way to feel it within 4 days. You mind can play funny tricks on you.

could be pms could be pregnancy, the symptoms are the same. you will be considered late when you go further than your longest cycle.
You could just make a doctors appointment.
