Basically you need to live or travel to Los Angeles and get an agent. They hold the key to getting Disney auditions. Without that you have no link to getting those types of auditions.
If you truly have the talent and the resume to back it up, then it shouldn't be a problem to get an agent since they look for people who have credits, training, looks, and are marketable.
If you want to find a legitimate agent to represent you for commercials, TV & film go to Sag.org. Use the dropdown menu on the right labeled 'resources' and choose 'agent information'. On the next screen, on the left choose 'Find a SAG franchised agent' and follow the directions. You can find agents all over the US, but SoCal is where Disney does most of it's casting.
Then you can send them your headshot, resume, and a cover letter stating that you are seeking representation and wait to see if they call you in for an interview.
If you answer any of the radio ads out there promising Disney auditions, they're likely false ads for John Robert Powers or one of those places who are not really agents but just glorified, high priced acting and modeling classes. Call at your own peril.
Good luck

There are three ways I know of:
1. You get an agent. This is probably the best way. BUT, to get an agent you have to have had training as an actor, and have REAL credits on your resume.
2. You get a membership on star search casting. I don't know much about their reliability and background, but I have seen auditions for some Disney Shows on there OCCASIONALLY. BUT you have to pay to see all of the details of the audition
3. You know somebody that works for Disney
The best way is to get an agent. To get an agent, join a local theater to get credits for your resume. Also take classes on acting and go to workshops. Then, do some research to find a reputable agent in your area. next, you must audition for the agent. IF the agent thinks he can find work for you, THEN you sign a contract, and THEN you go on auditions. Keep in mind, you can not say "I will ONLY go on Disney Channel auditions" if you want to be successful.
Say you actually do get a role on there. If it's a lead role (ie Hannah Montana-like character) then you either have to move to LA, or turn down the job. If you get a guest star role then you only have to go to LA for the duration of the shoot, which is relatively short.
Please know that there are MILLIONS of kids who want to be on Disney Channel, so there is a TON of competition. Without the proper training you will lose out to them every time.
Good luck! If you work hard, have talent, have very supportive parents and find a good agent then maybe you WILL make it on there one day! Hope to see you on Disney Channel soon, and I hope that answers your question!

I've looked it up before and to even audition for a main role in a Disney Channel show or movie, they require you to have an agent. But, you don't need an agent to be an extra or a dancer.

This is a very common question that is asked alot. The best way is to get agent, however if you record the final credits and play thm back you will find the name of the casting agent. Contact them after through e-mail or by phone and find out the requirments. This is the most direct way.
