If you are setting up an e-mail account, this is information you need to get from your e-mail provider / Internet service provider. No one on Yahoo Answers will have any way of knowing what your settings are supposed to be. Call your ISP and ask, or visit their website.

Go to the home page of your ISP. Search there and under support they should list the incoming and outgoing server names and types for e-mail and news groups.
incoming server name "smtp-servers.mail. yourisp.com"
ougoing server name "mntp-server.mail.yourisp.com"
or perhaps you have and IMAP type mail sytem with your ISP but the set up is similar

If you are talking about email it is your incoming and outgoing email servers. Most ISP are using POP3 for incoming and SMTP for outgoing. You will have to consult with your ISP for the correct server addresses/URLs.

Please specify what you want to know. I do not know what you wanto do.
It sounds like you are trying to configure an e mail client. If so state this in your question.
Honestly, you are asking for help. At least be as helpful to the asker as you want them to be to you.
Start a new question with the details.
