if u mean bruised ,,,,,well white people in hot weather generally get easily bruised, ur body creates more blood vessels ( the Capillaries ) to cool down the skin and protect the body from sun/heat,,, by extra supply of blood,,, so it is like air conditioning,,, by time ,, the body creates sub Capillaries very near to the surface of the skin,, and that become reddish in heat and very very easy to get bruised,,,, the best way is to stay away of sun /heat, wear sun screen cream , and drink lots of water ,,, plus,,, u can treat the face, if needed by laser or light pulse to remove these near to the surface Capillaries ,,,
A deficiency in Vitamin C can also make a person more susceptible to bruises from impacts so, use more vitamin c,,,
when u hv bruises , the best is to use HEMOCLAR cream and it will go in hours,,, and also u can use SENSIBIO FORTE CREAM in ur face before u go to sleep,, it improves the skin to be stronger...
By the way, I am talking about a healthy person, as Unexplained bruising may be a warning sign of serious medical problems, such as leukemia and meningoccocal infection. Unexplained bruising could indicate internal bleeding or certain types of cancer, and should be evaluated by a doctor.

I bruise easily but you can't tell. You know, I bruise on the inside but not on the outside. In a way, it's nice but then again, not really.

I got a nose job in Mexico. Basically, they tie your hands down and beat you in the face with a crow bar. When it was all done, I didn't have a single bruise on my face.

yes :( i get bruised easily.. and i turn blue.. a small pinch and i turn blue.. & it hurts for days.... and i still don't know how i got those bruises!! i mean, i go to bed , wake up and there it is... maybe the pinching fairy came to visit me.. mm.. now i get it!!.. i'll keep an eye open tonight, in case she decided to visit..
