Moen! Stay away from price pfister, glaicer bay, american standard, and other cheapies! All moen plumbing products use very easy to change single cartridges, so if it goes bad, ever, all you have to do is replace a cheap $20 - $30 cartridge! It is the most simple and economical even at their basic level!

Delta, Price Pfister, or Moen.....name brand faucets that you can get at reasonable prices. I would recommend Delta only because they are easier and cheaper to work on but they are very good faucets. If you wanna go cheaper then American Standard is a decent faucet and also fairly easy to repair. Make sure that you buy fixtures that are NOT made of plastic. You will regret it later. But yea, Delta is great for your apartment complex.

Im a hotel maintenance man and I buy Moen. Easier to spend $85 once every 5-6 years than $65 every year. Plus my faucets get ALOT more than regular use. But buy quality.

Stick with name brands that you can always get parts for. Since they are going into rental units, you need something sturdy so the Home Center brands will probably not work. Go to an actual Plumbing supply store and see what fits your needs and budget.
