I am going with a few friends this weekend and it will be my first. I was wondering what amount of money should I bring. I was thinking about $500 but that doesn’t seem like enough. Should I up it to maybe a grand? Also, are the girls generally friendly toward female customers or do they tend to focus more on the men?

Okay honey here is my deal if you can afford to spend $500 bucks in a strip club more power to ya. My BF and I don't spend more that $100. For one, I don't get up and tip the girls and the girls have to be super pretty to give me a lap dance.
I have a couple of friend that strip for a living and honey those girls tell you what you want to hear. The better they make you feel the more you are willing to tip them. I have noticed that most of the girls don't mind dancing for me.
We usually go to the all nude club which are a little more expensive to get in but are BYOB.
So it's really up to you. I do hope that you have a good time and don't drink to much.

They are the same thing Darling. Ideally you should not work at either one. Funny you use the term exortic instead of exotic, as I don't think there is anything exotic about strip club dancing,but plenty of erotic instead (not that this is a bad thing at all). From having had several friends and employees who worked as "Exotic Dancers (stippers)" I do not wish that life on anyone even if the money is great.

$500 Should be more than enough form my experiance. Don't be shy, enjoy all the looks you will get form the men and the dancers. They love female customers because they can touch them ( lift up your shirt, rub their head in you chest, maybe even take you up on stage). They focus on who ever is nice to them. Sometimes I have made the girls nights by getting a few lap dances form them and talking to them, because some of the male customers have just been total jerks to them.
One time the local strip club had a porn star at the club doing her thing. At one point she was taking pictures with people on stage, I was the only girl in the whole club to go on stage for a picture!! I have a few dancers who like when I come in because we tip them so well.
To the one who said they are all undecucated and will do anything for money, get real. They get offened when men espically think they will do anything for money. I have heard the girls complain about that many times while at the club. No they are not unecucated, many are working there to get enough money to go to college. Like 2 years ago now one was saving her money to go to califonia to become a heart doctor and I hope she is making it.

You don't need that much. The men there will send drinks your way if you girls are hot. And a lot of the strippers are bi or lesbians so they'll treat you nice unless you start taking the attention away from them (and consequently affecting their money) by hanging with the guys there. Most guys will ask you to come hang out in their area so beware because a lot of the strippers will get nasty if they think you're flirting with their customers. They're there to make money, bottom line.
Also, some bars require a male escort if women want to come so be aware.

I think 500 should be enough unless you plan on getting a room, if you just doing lap dances and tips that should last the whole night...as long as your friendly with them they will be friendly with you...
and to "lovesugarkisses", im not a stripper but your comments are very stereotypical, of course a large percent are what you say there are alot that are working on degrees and are clean respectful woman...

I went recently and only took like $100. I don't know where you're going but I hope they;re worth it!! Oh, and the girls were very friendly towards the girls I was with. They were a lot more playful and fun. I think they knew we were straight and just looking for a good time. It was an interesting experience to say the least!!

You can never take enough money. Of course I say that because I am a stripper. I will show just as much interest in a lady as I will a guy, but I know that for starters, I need to put on a show for you to get the tips. After you have started tipping me, I will give the most attention to the one who is tipping the most. You give me tips, I make it worth your while.
And just so you know, I am one stripper who gives the MOST attention to females in the audience. And if you are cute, I will be at your table all night. But that is just me.

I go to strip clubs all the time, and I usually spend $60 - $140 at the most. And most of that is on drinks. Where I go- the dancers are just as friendly to women as they are to men (I think it's because in some cases women are better tippers than men).

$500 is waaaay more than you need! The dancers are friendly toward other females but some of them will be hesitant to approach you if you are with men,,,they dont want to be the cause of an argument.

Why would you want to give some naked chick that money?? Personally, I would take maybe, um... nothing...just enough to buy my drinks and spend the rest on a new outfit!!
