Yes in wrestling ability as we have seen on ppvs and tv... yes Eddie was better thus far.
But I think WWE is pushing Cena so hard that he doesn't wrestle as good as he can. Same goes for Austin when he was in WWE. If you watch Austin in WCW matches he could wrestle and then you watch Stone Cold matches and he looks like a crazy man ... almost a carbon copy of a Sandman with a certain moveset he would use every time.
Hogan did the same thing back in the day. They use a formula for Super Uber Over the top fan crazed wrestlers. Find a moveset and stick with it. So we might never see Cena REALLY wrestle anytime soon, but maybe if he stays in the biz for a while we will see it.

I liked Eddie...he was a very good wrestler.
I would like Cena more if he didn't win EVERY SINGLE TIME! They are trying to make him like Hogan was in the 80's. To me the NWA was so good in the 80's because Flair was the champ (and the biggest heel) and all the good guys were chasing after him...making you root for the underdogs all the time. I remember watching to see who would finally beat the bad guy. In the movies the bad guys are always a step ahead of the good guys until right at the end.
But...back to your question...yeah...I think Eddie would make a better champ. LOL

I cant % b/c eddie is an amzing wrestler with coronary heart and cena is the best wrestler yet is powerful and has marvelous coronary heart yet while i had to % i might say eddie yet cena wouldnt be lifeless he might purely not be in wwe
