Probably engineering. Rocket science and brain surgery are exact and planned out in every detail. I'd say the opposite of that is engineering since they set out to do the very same thing but always seem to do the exact opposite.
1 example I know of is a bunch of smart *** enginers built a library on the side of a hill and forgot to account for the weight of the books. Damn library is a sled. (RPI)
