Is there a way to download flash player to you psp without a computer?

My computer sucks, i want to download it directly to my psp.

If you have a wifi router or wifi access to someone else's router then you can use that to download Firmware 2.7 or later. You also have to have Wifi access to activate the Flash Player after it is installed.
