Hopefully you can do these things:
1. Go to Microsoft site and get all the security patches available for your version of Windows.
2. Update your virus protection and do a full virus scan, carefully cleaning up all that is found.
3. Go to www.trendmicro.com and go to their home user, and engage their "house call" remove virus scan and do a clean up of all of this.
If you still have problems or if you cannot do the above, reformat the hard drive. You will lose all data not backed up elsewhere.
These so called "adult" sites are not adult, they are childish and it shows their immaturity. I would suggest the friends are not really friends and you can disown them. Cousins remain cousins but they don't have to use your equipment so keep them off via password.

Sounds like your computer may have a new variant of the ubiquitous Smitfraud infection. Almost all "general purpose","all-in one" spyware and virus removal programs such as AVG, Norton, or Spybot S & D cannot remove it.
Free Smitfraud removal tool is here:

You have been infected with an adbot. It is not your system that is prompting you, but a malware program. It will continue doing this until you clean it off your system.
Go to
http://spybot.com/en/index.html
And download Spybot, Search and Destroy. It will clean up just about any adware and malware.

Friends and cousins huh?
Re-boot and if it still comes back, click start > run> type msconfig, hit enter, and then go to the list of programs set to start when you boot up your computer. Remove the offending programs. then re-boot and run a anti-spy/anti-virus.
