i checked the circuit box,it seems fine,just that exterior of the house electrical outlets r not working,they used to work till last year.

The exterior outlets should be GFCI. If they are they will have a reset button. Hit the reset button and see if that resolves your issue.

No, don't take it apart. Look for a tripped ground fault circuit interrupter. That can be a GFI circuit breaker in the electric panel with a test button and a reset on it, or it can be the first receptacle in the circuit - feeding the others. That can be one of the outdoor receptacles or even one in the basement or bathroom. Those have test and reset buttons on the receptacle.

If your outside outlets are not GFCI, they may be on a circuit that is. Check other GFCI outlets such as in a garage. They are sometimes in strange places but control outside outlets.

everyone assumes GFCI are always outlets...when in fact there are also GFCI BREAKERS.... but however...either is the case most likely and needs resetting

properly in case you notice my different answer to aj's question i can make a lightbulb flow on basically via sticking it in my mouth. something related to the electrical powered impulses in my nerve endings. so anyhoot, i can get via on no electric retailers.

Take it apart. Something is probably corroded. It will probably work again when you clean it off and put it back together.
