It means that the girl he is cheating on only drinks girlie drinks like Cosmo, martinis, etc. not whiskey, brandy or vodka like Carrie or most southern girls.

Because everything she does to his car, she carves her name in his leather seats and she is saying next time he will think before he cheats. Which I think if more girls did what she says in the songs, the guys would be super mad and not want to cheat!!
