When I was seven, I watched my best friend get hit by a drunk driver while riding our bikes. He was dragged by that pickup truck almost 300 feet, before he and his bike got loose from the undercarriage.

The driver kept going down the street and pulled into his driveway. He didn't have a clue that he had killed Brian. The cops had to break into his home, wake him up and take him down to the police station.

I had nightmares about that incident for years.

I was riding my bicycle and ran into a pickup truck sitting along the edge of the street.
I wasn't watching where I was going.
I remember getting up and putting my hand on my head, seeing blood and then I screamed.
The people that lived at the house put a green towel on my head.
They took my to the doctor downtown and I had a 6 inch gash in the top of my head. The doc had to put 15 stitches in it. I asked him if I could cry. He said you can cry all you want.
I think I was about 10 years old.

When I was 9, I always looked up to my cousin. Well my cousin jumped on the back of my uncles van while he was pulling off [you know the vans with ladders on the back?] well, when she jumped off I jumped on and I thought I was going to die because he didn't know I was on it and was going 90 miles a hour. So I got dragged a block until my grandma came outside screaming for him to stop. I almost went under the van. That's the worst thing that happened to me

At ten I fell face first into a trash can off the back porch, then the trash can fell about 6 feet into a basement and I broke my nose and face and had to be bandaged on my whole head after the reconstructive surgery!@

They tied me down with one leg when they pulled the bandages off in the hospital and from the pain I jumped up out of the bed and broke my nose again!@

Sad huh!

At the time, I was four years old. I was at preschool one day and I saw this boy hanging from this bar only by his legs. I wanted to try it myself, so I climbed onto the bar, leaned back and I'm sorry to say, but I fell dead on my little head. It hurt so bad, but surprisingly I didn't even shed one tear. I turned out to be just fine. It could have been so much worse!

I had braces when I was in 5th, 6th and 7th grade. Of course those are the years you ride your bike everywhere. Well, one day I tried to ride my bike in between my dad's truck and our basketball pole. I lost my balance and hit my right cheek on the basketball pole! I had 4 braces stuck in my gums! I don't think I've ever felt so much pain. I still get butterflies in my stomach thinking about it, lol.
