Good Day
Simply Ask her. If you find that a trait important to you then ask her. If you are looking for blood after intercourse or sometimes during the act. It is not always something that happens. If a women is really into sports it is a good chance that the Hyman already ruptured. Going to a gynecologist in search of the answer can not tell you if she has done the act or not it is inconclusive.
Some women after sex usually feel slight discomfort or extreme pain in the area due to the unnatural stretching of that muscle. Not all girls have that but most due. But if the mans penis is on the smaller side of life the women will feel really relatively no pain at all. If the girl wears tampons sometimes they are able to know how to just relax the muscle before penetration. It is a myth as well to think that the women will tighten up before intercourse. All women's bodies react differently to the act of sex some will tighten and some wont.
So again, ask her most women are very honest.
Hope this helps

Most of the time you can tell by how easy it is for a man to insert his penis into her vagina. When females are virgins and having sex for the first time, it can be painful and the female can be tense. So if the penis goes in with ease and the female isn't in pain, she's probably not a virgin. However, a cervical exam by a gynecologist to see if the females hymen has been broken is the sure way to determine if a female is still a virgin

Girls often bleed when it's their first time. Or, they could do it at that time of the month to simulate virginal bleeding.
Otherwise, you can't know unless you ask and she's honest.
Contrary to romance novels, I don't personally believe a man can feel a woman's hymen break. Anyone else here know?

You can't! Only a MD can tell if the girls hymen is broken. This should be no problem if you are marrying this young lady. If you are attempting to have a sexual relationship with her before marriage, you would be taking a precious gift that was intended only for her husband. You on the other hand, should be saving yourself for your future wife also.

you can ask her. if her hymen is still intact, then she's a virgin
but the hymen breaks a lot by things other than sex. Sports and tampons are the main two other things.

you can't, you gotta take her word for it. people will give me thumbs down because they think the hymen holds the answer to this, but she can break it while being active in sports.

You need to ask her. It shouldn't matter either way, though.
