What street divides the east and west side of the city?

Does the east side suck? It seems smaller than the west. What part of Plano is considered Collin county and what part is Denton County?

Only the extreme west fringe of Plano is in Denton County, almost all of it is in Collin county.
Most of Plano is west of US-75 and that is where new construction has been going on for years. The original downtown is east of 75. And streets letters down (K, J, etc.) to near 75
