alrighty.....it's a sexual release that creates pleasure. The way it was described to me the first time was it's like a sneeze....a big build up, then POW! the release....You body will tense up and you just kinda....shake. It's pleasurable and for women...sometimes hard to achieve. men...not so much. trust me...you will know when you have one. for women, there are 2 kinds...clitoral and g-spot. clitoral is the most common. without going into biological details...i hope that explains it.

Having an orgasm is the best feeling in the world! It you are a male, when you are having an orgasm, you may feel a tingly feeling in your penis like you are going to urinate, but much more intense. If you rub your penis against someting such as a pillow or mattress, and continue rubbing till you get the tingly feeling. You will defineatly know when you are having an orgasm. They do NOT cuase cancer!!! Stupid person. Orgasm feels good. It's the result of ejaculation in guys, and penetration in women. It is good for you as it gets rid of the semen in your body. for more answers type 'Define:Orgasm' in google or any search engine. Good luck.
