If you want to make photo slideshows without the video, you can do it directly on OneTrueMedia. The site has awesome transitions and you can add background music there. Either you upload the songs (that you have and want to use) or use the songs offered there -- they range from rock to classics.

If you want to make videos + pics or just the videos, you'll first need to edit your clips with softwares (like 'iMovie' for Mac users and 'Windows Movie Maker' for Windows users). You can use the Windows Movie Maker to cut certain clips that you'd like to use and save them as .WMV files on Windows Movie Maker, and then upload them later to OneTrueMedia to edit the sequence of the video with your music and/or transitions and things like that.

Once you're done with the project on OneTrueMedia, you can post it directly to YouTube.

I've tried it and it works for me. Hope that helps.
