why does the apartment say diplomats ok?

i know what diplomats are but, why would it say that they are ok?....i'm confused???

I read your question several times and I am still confused. What apartment? Where? In what context?

I suspect it means that you may have diplomats sleep over without permission because diplomats have more rights than you do because you let them.
