Good news, the operation to take your left kidney out went perfect. The bad news is that we needed to take out the right one and your insurance does not want to pay for more.

I've actually had this happen to me. I was having surgery on my wrist and woke during the operation. I heard the doctor yell, "Quick! Put her back under! I'm not done yet!"
