Sheer Cover: The concealer works nice if you have alot to cover (freckles, undereye circles, scarring, zits) .. but the foundation was WAY too shimmery for me. I felt like I was a walking disco ball. Their customer service sucks as well. But this was when they didnt sell it in the stores. Now you can get the Sheer Cover starter kit from Bed Bath and Beyond for $34.99. Sheer Cover also doesnt have mascara, eyeliner, blush, bronzer and eyeshadows .. but Bare Minerals does :]
Bare Minerals I use now and I LOVE it! Its not as heavy as Sheer Cover and isnt shimmery. It takes 2 times of putting foundation on to cover my light acne scarring. But I dont mind, since it covers me well. I bought the starter kit at Sephora for only 60$ 3 months ago and it doesnt look like I even used it (though I use it everyday). I have oily, semi-sensative, acne prone skin and Bare Minerals didnt bother my skin at all. Minus the itchy brushes the first 2-3 times I used them. But once I broke them in .. they were fine and they dont itch anymore.
Bare Minerals and other mineral makeups contain "Bismuth Oxychloride" .. which can irritate some peoples face. So if you can try it out before you buy it that would be good. Or just order it .. and if it doesnt work out for you then just return it.
Other mineral makeups you can look into are Everyday Minerals, Young Blood, Pur Minerals, Arbonne and Mineral Girlz.
Hope that helps!

I haven't used Sheer Cover, but I've used Bare Minerals. I love mineral make-up & I'll never go back to traditional liquid or cream foundation or make-up again. That being said, I like the pressed mineral make-up over the loose, because loose is so messy. Right now I'm using Jane Iredale pressed minerals. I absoutely love it, it covers flawlessly and a little goes a long way, and I don't have a big mess on my vanity table. minerals are worth it for me. You can also try Physican's Formula, Almay, L'oreal, & Avon all have inexpensive mineral foundations & make-up. Good luck. 2D

Um I've never tried it. I think you should use Bare Essentials instead. People always complain about how expensive it is but its sooooooooooo worth it! You buy it either online or at sephora or maybe even the makeup sections of NORDSTROMS or Saks Fifth Avenue. Here is it on Sephora http://www.sephora.com/brands/bare-escentuals/index.jhtml.
Good luck!
PS. Bare essentials also makes mascara, eyeliner, lipstick, lipgloss, you know the normal stuff most higher end makeup companies make. They also make self tanner and I LOVE their Faux Tan powder. Its the only thing that works with my pale skin.
