I'm on my 5th pregnancy. I only have one child because 2 other pregnancies turned out to be blighted ovums (no baby in the sac) and one miscarriage. So this time my Dr. gave me a lil hope but said that it might be a blighted ovum again :( Because during my exam he said my uterus is still normal, no changes. I'm having an ultrasound this afternoon and Im so scared of the result. I already have the nausea and stuff but I've felt this way before but no babies.

Ususally with blighted ovum the problem isnt you. I could very well be your partner's genes. I know that it is scary, but sometimes they do not see the baby until about 8 weeks. Just tell him to keep monitoring you and see how far it can go. I've had blighted ovum before and I know how devastating it can be. I became pregnant soon afterwards (now 12 weeks) My doctor wants me to call anytime I have a problem that is of great concern. So I think you should build a relationship with your doctor(s).

Sorry to hear about that I hope everything goes good at your appointment. Try not to stress to much because if it is a viable pregnancy then its not good for you or the baby. Good luck

You may be scared of your ultrasound but please try to reduce your stress and reduce your chances of m/c. If it turns out to be bad news ask WHY. They may tell you these things happen but ask to be tested for MTHFR. I have this and after 3 m/c I became pregnant again and was put on a medicine regimen that helped I am now 23 weeks!! This may not be your problem but it doesn't hurt to ask for the test. 2 other docs didn't give me this test.....

some women folk bypass via their finished being pregnant and don't experience pregnant. each and every being pregnant is diverse, some you may get each and every symptom going and others journey none in any respect. It does no longer advise something is erroneous. merely that your physique has tailored to the hormone exchange so attempt to no longer situation your self. Congratulations and solid success!
