To have a son:
The girl must take her temperature every day. When it rises 1 degree, she is about to ovulate. Hold off on sex until that happens. The male producing sperm travel faster, so the closer you have sex to ovulation, the better the chances of a boy. It worked for me and my wife, and trying for a girl worked also.
