It was real difficult to parse your question with the bad grammar and the UPPER CASE.
A UFO is an unidentified flying object. If it's an object, it's flying, and you can't identify it, it's a UFO. That doesn't mean it's an alien space ship. It just means you don't know what it is.
EDIT: Campbelp, believe it or not, I wrote my response the same time as you did and didn't even see yours before I posted mine. The similarity is amazing!

If you see a Flying Object, and it is Unidentified, then it is an Unidentified Flying Object, or UFO. That does not mean it is an alien space ship though. UFO does not mean alien space ship, it just means Unidentified Flying Object.
