I don't know about that specific site, but there are lots of investors who will buy your house at a low rate if you need to sell it quickly. You won't get the best price, but you'll get out fast. However, I would consult about three real estate brokers locally before you go with a web service. Also check to see if there's a local real estate investment club where the members might compete to make offers: don't go with just one offer, because it will be low.

Any site like this (and there are many) is going to give you a very low offer. Some are very underhanded and don't fulfill promises made. Far better to talk to a real estate agent and tell them you want to sell quickly and "as is" and let them list it at below market value to move it quickly. Another alternative would be an auction.
