Its just general dust about the keyboard area. Vacume cleaner????

Give it a bath, but ensure you use baby shampoo cos it's ports might sting and you don't wanna upset it!

No cause the way the vacume works and especially with any sort of brush attachment you can generate static electricity that could damage soimething....

best bet is to use a lightly dampened cloth with alchohol to clean and one of the smaller battery powered vacumes to clean out particles and things...

Inside or outside. The best way to remove the dust, use a vacuum cleaner.

Vacuums are too powerful. Air in a can is generally best.
